Trapiche Malbec
Drank the 2003 trapiche malbec this evening. An agreeable wine by any standard, the dark purple, hearty trapiche was made all the better by its 6.49 price tag at my local supermarket.
As Malbecs go, Norton and Alamos offer you a more refined product for just a couple of dollars more--but in this price range, no complaints here. I enjoyed it with a Grilled Tuna steak, asparagus and a box of Near East Cous Cous.
Also, lest anyone forget, George w. Bush is the worst president of the 20th century....now back to the Malbec.
